CEO
A professional building inspector since 2001, Mark’s background includes 18+ years of construction industry knowledge and experience. This is comprised of project management, and hands on experience constructing and inspecting residential, light commercial, and commercial buildings.
Mark has extensive experience conducting professional building inspections and problem solving investigations on all types of property. Mark’s specialized knowledge of buildings and building science helps his clients find, understand, and correct problems with the buildings they buy, own, or occupy.
Mark has 7 years previous experience as a General Contractor constructing residential and light commercial buildings and is also currently a licensed contractor (Sioux Falls, SD Inactive Supervisor #104).
THERESE BAILEY
CFO
Therese has been an active owner and the CFO of Stonegate Property Inspections since its inception in 2001. Her naturally curious disposition led her to question the how and why of her new venture, and she quickly became fully involved in the inspection business.
Therese brought years of consulting and management experience from the computer industry, most notably from Keane, Inc. and Gateway. Degrees in both business and psychology helped Therese advance in the technology industry and have helped her succeed with the inspection business.
Therese, in addition to her duties as CFO, is an accomplished inspector performing loss control and commercial building inspections for the insurance industry and private sectors.
Her most recent accomplishment is being named 2011 Woman of the Year by the Sioux Falls Business & Professional Women group.
