Q: How soon can your inspectors get out on a job?
A: We can typically meet most scheduling timeframes for real estate transactions. The sooner we are involved in the acquisition process the better we will be able to serve your needs.
Q: Will you travel outside of your typical service area?
A:
Yes – we will travel to meet your needs. Fees for travel will depend on the location and scope of work.

A: The size and complexity of the building, the scope of work, and your specific requirements dictate the turn around time.

A: You receive a narrative style report that classifies problems and clearly identifies concerns. Issues are explained, along with recommendations, in a manner that everyone can understand. Our proprietary inspection report, complete with digital photos, is custom tailored to each property and provides the information you need, when you need it.

A: Our clients include buyers, sellers, building owners, facilities managers, developers, lenders, investors, attorneys, and insurance companies.
Q: What standards do you use to inspect commercial buildings?
A: We follow the American Society for Testing and Material ASTM E-2018-01 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments. ASTM is currently the only national organization that has produced a written standard for commercial property assessments and reports.

Adherence to the standards presented in ASTM E 2018-01 is entirely voluntary. We have chosen to incorporate these standards as an integral part of our property assessment process in order to provide a uniform property inspection protocol for commercial real estate transactions.

A: The following common property types are inspected, plus others not listed here.

  • Retail Stores
  • Restaurants
  • Warehouses
  • Industrial
  • Healthcare
