A Mold Survey is the primary tool we use to determine if we have a mold problem. It’s an examination of a building to identify areas that may be conducive to moisture problems, mold or fungal growth, or contain visible mold.
We provide recommendations regarding the conditions reported and coordinate the activities of other industry professionals when needed. We will also work with you to put into practice the preventative measures needed to reduce future moisture issues and mold conditions. We can help you put together a plan to handle the issues observed, whether their related to mold or not.
Certified Commercial Mold Inspector (CCMI)
By obtaining CCMI certification we have learned a great deal about mold – what it is, what causes it, and how to remove it. Most importantly we have learned how to inspect buildings for mold and the conditions conducive to mold growth.
