Building Inspections
A full range of inspection services from a general building inspection to a complete property condition assessment per ASTM E-2018 guidelines. Each inspection provides you with a comprehensive report on the current condition of a building and its systems. An inspection can also evaluate risks posed to the property’s value resulting from deferred maintenance and other areas where repairs or replacements have not been made.

Building Envelope Analysis
Cause identification and solutions for hard to resolve building moisture issues concerning the foundation, exterior walls, windows, doors, and roof assemblies. Buildings can have many internal and external factors contributing to how moisture migrates in and out. Our Building Envelope Analysis utilizes advances in building science and technology to help accurately assess the building when diagnosing moisture problems.

Moisture Infiltration Inspection
Moisture intrusion into a building is the leading cause of building damage and deterioration. We provide a detailed assessment of a building to find moisture that is infiltrating from the outside of the building to the inside. This inspection can also find areas of potential moisture infiltration which will allow a cost effective maintenance and repair approach to prevent future moisture issues in those areas.

EIFS Inspections
Problems with EIFS can include moisture infiltration, moisture accumulation in wall cavities, water leaks, wood rot and decay, metal corrosion, pest infiltration (including termite & carpenter ants), and mold. EIFS inspections are focused on identifying installation and construction defects of the EIFS installation, which typically result in moisture infiltration.

Window & Door Leak Testing
Water leaks, at windows and doors, cause several major problems including moisture infiltration, structural decay, and air quality issues. Professional leak testing of windows and doors is as much an investigation of the buildings exterior, for the source of the leak, as it is in determining whether it really is a door or window issue.

Litigation Support
Areas of service include documentation of conditions and evidence through site inspections, photographs, field testing, building investigations, document review, or other procedures that may be required to provide you with defensible information.
