We believe that there is a big, big difference between “knowing” the condition of a building and “understanding” the condition of a building. We’ll find problems and show you solutions!
We understand commercial and residential buildings. That’s because we use to build, remodel, and repair them.
Then we learned how to properly inspect buildings.
That new knowledge allowed us to look at buildings in a different way and it completely changed our perspective on what we do, how we do it, and what we could do to better the inspection industry (or at least our part of it).
We applied this change in perspective to our inspection business so that we have a better understanding of how buildings should be built, remodeled, and repaired… and how they should be inspected.
We’ve learned better ways to build, better ways to troubleshoot problems, and better ways to inspect. We’re here to bridge the gap, between the way things are and the way things need to be, for our clients.
